Outlined engraving is also available. http://www.1001fonts.com/ is a great site for fonts. You can input your initials or name, and it will show your letters will look. I can engrave most fonts on that site.

Single line engraving fonts are Gothic, San Serrif, Grenadier, and script. I highley recommend Gothic. It is easy to read and looks very simple and classic.
