Customers may request a refund on goods sold in the condition it was sent out as. Pictures will be required at first to determine if it was Billet Bones's quality or damage caused by the consumer.
To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
Customers must return item in original state as it was received.
Items must not have customization.
If above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return or refund.
In case of approved return, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer.
Refund on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly priced items.
Shipping
As of now, I am only shipping to the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
